At Lazy Oak Bistreaux, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services online. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item, along with your packing list, for any reason, within 90 days of purchase.

1. Returns for Merchandise Purchased from Lazy Oak Bistreaux

1.1. Online Returns

By Mail:

  • Please refer to your packing list and follow the instructions to print a shipping return label provided by Lazy Oak Bistreaux.
  • Indicate the item(s) you would like to return, along with the reason for the return, on your packing list.
  • When you are ready to package up your return items, place the packing slip and the items you would like to return in the original box, if possible, and affix the Lazy Oak Bistreaux return label to the top of the package.
  • Orders returned with the packing slip or order confirmation email will receive a refund, less all shipping costs for the delivery and return of the item(s), except in the event the reason for the return is a damaged or defective product.

In-Store:

  • Take the item(s) you want to return to the Lazy Oak Bistreaux location.
  • Provide a printout of your order confirmation email or your packing slip.
  • Orders returned with the packing slip or order confirmation email will receive a refund, less all shipping costs for the delivery of the item(s), except in the event the reason for return is a damaged or defective product.
  • For returns without the packing slip or order confirmation email, you will receive a merchandise return card at the store’s current selling price for item(s) returned, less all shipping costs for the delivery of the item(s), except in the event the reason for return is a damaged or defective product.
  • Exchange of the same item is offered if the item is available.

1.2. In-Store Returns

For returns made in-store, please visit any Lazy Oak Bistreaux location and provide the cashier with a printout of your order confirmation email or your packing slip. Your refund will be processed according to the in-store return policy as described above.
